Dear Abdallah
May I suggest changing the ecryption mode you have, as TP-Link that Nuaimat configured on PSK, where your router (speedtouch) does support both PSK & TKIP over WPA/WPA2 but TP-Link dongle works with PSK only. As I can see that your device sees the dongle and its SSID but can't connect, ecryption or filtering issue

Where I also suggest to check your router for any extra configuration as MAC binding, MAC filter and firewall
