* mcas : tricolor siberia card update problem fix.
* xcam : cryptoworks provider id problem fix.
* spcs (nascamd) : activation fail problem fix.
* coconut, exsim, kain2r : nothing changed.

plugin_USB download_yymmdd is for USB download.
plugin_WEB download_yymmdd is for WEB download.

coconut, exsim, kain2r will not be distributed any more until any need to upgrade.
