Hi Nuaimat,

I tried to install max boot without any luck, I tell you what I did and you may figure what I did wrong.
I connected my laptop to receiver through USB2COM with null cabel as an extension, receiver is off, I put my laptop IP, gateway, rceiver IP and subnet mask, all IPs are fixed on my devices, applied all steps mentioned in the PDF file (read MAC, write to Atevio and so...) coneection is active but the right column didn't get any gateway or subnet mask.

On install Maxboot I pressed the button and waited but nothing happened. waited long timw and did it several times but with no luck.

tried to connect Wireless and wired for LAN but nothing changed.

Please help

also, i don't prefer using a usb2serial dongle, try to use a serial port directly on a PC

Thank you, this will help overcome AAF Boot issue, but it seems we are facing another issue which is LAN connection, I think we should search for that piece that you advised supporting Linux. Where I think it should be by default.
