Updates to IRRecord

Bundled all the updated plugins. Ie the Serial plugin in the previous version had a critical bug in it where the

transmitter was left on. Updated plugins are always available in the files section. Always check to make sure you have the latest version.

*Skystar2 remote control owners; Read readme.txt in skystar2 folder and just move winlirc.ini from this folder to plugins folder !
