i dont know man for me i dont have any of those problem you say you have all the packages work fine except SKY stopped working for more than two week and it stoped at all the sharing users
my advice is first chick your sat connection if all ok then call your dealer and inquer about the neam of your provaider and chick the server status and if others users have the same problem you have if they dont have any problem i think you will need to restup your resever
