1.add chid ignore setting, please read flycccam.txt
2.add invalid cw ignore, please read flycccam.txt
3.auto load flycccam.cfg, don't need restart
4.change cccam version to 2.1.2



that is a trial version. you can free use it.
but if it just work 10-30 minutes, you must restart.
it must connect my authentication server with port 50000.
