- swap right/left buttons to match function of orginal tuxtxt
- fix wrong characters in list of teletext services
- only use truetype font if it is avalable in /share/fonts/ or /var/tuxtxt/

get movie duration and current position from PTS timestamp information.
That makes the calculation for the movie duration and current position correctly.
(taken from the Merlin project)

Fix segfault of enigma when no tuxtxt font available

disable download of files using "escaped" paths
