I have bought spider s280 about a month a go from Jordan. The system never worked right. At first I thought my internet was slow (4.5 Mbps), so I upgraded to 30 Mbps, still was buffering., then I upgraded the software from your website.. Still not right. The list of Golden , Royal, new tv, and other disappear. All I have was iptv. but when I go to web center I can see them, icons form. When I select Royal or any I get black screen, and nothing else.
I am tired of this system and ready to throw it out the window. Maybe I should have bought Tiger. Please help
